\nInduction\/ On Boarding
\nEmployee Relation
\nEmployee Engagement
\nGrievance Handling
\nPolicy Making
\nTeam Handling <\/p>\n
HR Operations, which include the following:
\nWork proactively on end to end recruitment for hiring for our different verticals by utilizing effective tools for sourcing, selection and on boarding.
\nMeet all recruitment timelines successfully as assigned.
\nPlan, develop and drive sourcing\/recruitment strategies.
\nSource candidates through networking & cold calling.
\nConduct pre-screening interviews.
\nAssist in salary and hiring recommendations, as applicable.
\nEffectively use Job Portals\/ Networking & Referrals<\/p>\n
Essential Skills:
\nExcellent communication & interpersonal skills
\nThink out of the box regarding talent initiatives
\nExcellent execution skills
\nShould be creative
\nGood at creating leadership level presentations
\nGood knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
\nData management and detail oriented
\nAbility to multitask, handle stress and work with people at all levels
