\nQualification : BE\/BTech\/Diploma (Mechanical & Electrical)<\/p>\n
Location : CANDIDATE TO BE IN BASMA FOR 8 MONTHS THEN SHIFTED TO CHENNAI
\n(LOCAL CANDIDATE ONLY)<\/p>\n
Experience : 4 to 6 yrs.
\nAny Specific Industry: Tier 1 and Tier 2 (Automotive firm)\/ Automobile Manufacturing
\nSkills & Competencies:
\nTechnical:
\n1. Process & Product Knowledge
\n2. Rubber \/ Component Maintenance
\n3. TQM & IATF Awareness ( Documentation )
\nGeneric: Good communication skills.
\nAreas of Expertise:
\n1. Responsible for all electrical and mechanical engineering issues in Mixing \/Component
\nareas.
\n2. To check the machine downtime is matching with production and to be rectified if any
\ndiscrepancy found.
\n3. To follow panel cleaning schedule and check sheet to be updated
\n4. All IATF and EHS related documents to be updated.
\n5. Planning & Executing Preventive Maintenance of all the equipment\u2019s in mixing \/
\ncomponent area.
\n6. To control and manage spares inventory to minimize downtime and ease of
\nmaintenance.
\n7. To guide fitters and electricians for completing the breakdown jobs.<\/p>\n
Compensation \u2013 Maximum CTC 4.20 LAC<\/p>\n
