Main Duties and Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Generate delegate sales revenue in line with agreed targets & objectives<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Work with sales manager to ensure agreed KPIs are met on a consistent basis<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Uphold the mission values and goals of TBM<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Be a strong, positive, customer focused sales executive when dealing with our clients<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Work well in a team environment giving ideas and working collectively with all members to grow your<\/p>\n
division.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Ability to work in target sales atmosphere<\/p>\n
Competencies & Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\u00b7 0-2 years business to business sales experience would be an advantage<\/p>\n
\u00b7 An entrepreneurial approach and positive attitude<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Excellent communication skills and telephone manner<\/p>\n
\u00b7 An analytical approach to problem solving<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Excellent team working skills, A highly motivated self-starter<\/p>\n
