Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\u00b7Conduct interviews, select the right candidates and set up a complete team for a raw weddings<\/p>\n
division<\/p>\n
\u00b7Manage the wedding division from A to Z being the single point of contact with the management<\/p>\n
with regards to the company performance<\/p>\n
\u00b7To work in co-ordination with the team to plan & create sales targets and budgets<\/p>\n
\u00b7Generating leads & taking responsibility on closures of the same<\/p>\n
\u00b7On the initial stages of getting the team ready, work on generation of business for the division<\/p>\n
\u00b7Work on the existing leads by connecting with the potential clients and vendors to secure the<\/p>\n
business<\/p>\n
\u00b7To maintain ownership and strategic guidance of the Wedding and Social segment.<\/p>\n
\u00b7Plan and execute budgets and plans for marketing activities, participations and promotions of the<\/p>\n
brand<\/p>\n
\u00b7Prepare reports for the brand and individual events and ensure that each event is successfully<\/p>\n
executed<\/p>\n
\u00b7To ensure the division meets the business targets each month<\/p>\n
Skills & Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\u00b7A degree in Marketing, Events Planning, Advertising, Hotel or Hospitality Management, or in other<\/p>\n
related area<\/p>\n
\u00b7Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high pressure work environment<\/p>\n
\u00b7Ability to communicate with all stakeholders in written and verbal forms<\/p>\n
\u00b7Ability to lead a team as well as work as part of a team to produce desired result<\/p>\n
\u00b7Strong working knowledge of the different Microsoft Office applications<\/p>\n
\u00b7Strong time management skills to be able to schedule and successfully carry out activities within<\/p>\n
allotted time efficiently<\/p>\n
\u00b7Ability to listen to and understand exactly what clients require and expect for their wedding<\/p>\n
\u00b7Strong ability to negotiate deals with vendors and other service providers to the wedding event and<\/p>\n
secure cost saving deals for clients<\/p>\n
\u00b7Strong ability to interact and get along with people from diverse background<\/p>\n
\u00b7Updated knowledge of trends in the wedding industry.<\/p>\n
