– Broad knowledge of logistical\/operational components of events & conferences<\/p>\n

Job Description:-<\/p>\n
-Lead venue site inspections; assess space, dimensions, measurements, accessibility<\/p>\n
– Meet clients to understand project requirements<\/p>\n
– Prepare element lists for each event<\/p>\n
– Source and Manage vendors, handle quotes, contracts and negotiations<\/p>\n
– Manage and co-ordinate with event co-ordinators related to all projects<\/p>\n
– Responsible for developing and overseeing the events’ budgets<\/p>\n
– Ensure team contributes to and adheres to company and department policies and<\/p>\n
procedures<\/p>\n
– Develop and manage critical paths, work plans, timelines and production schedules<\/p>\n
– Leading the execution of events.<\/p>\n
