Candidates must have experience in Lead Generation, Inside Sales,<\/p>\n
Demand Generation, B2B outbound calling process.<\/p>\n
B2B Job Description: (50% inside sales & 50% outdoor meetings)<\/p>\n
The role will entail getting in touch with HR Heads or Senior Management Professionals from top<\/p>\n
corporate houses and getting them on corporate tie ups.<\/p>\n
He\/she will have to make telephonic calls when in office and get meetings with relevant corporate<\/p>\n
houses and get corporate event at the premises. (BTL activities)<\/p>\n
He\/she should exhibit confidence, excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills as they<\/p>\n
have to interact with Senior Management professionals.<\/p>\n
Someone with prior work experience in B2B sales would be preferred however a MBA fresher<\/p>\n
from marketing exhibiting the above skill sets would also be considered.<\/p>\n
He\/she will also have to go for the meetings and close the meetings.<\/p>\n
He\/she should be comfortable working with targets.<\/p>\n
He\/she should be willing to go out on meetings.<\/p>\n
He\/she should possess very good presentation, planning skills and objection handling skills.<\/p>\n
He\/she will have to write reports<\/p>\n
He\/she will provide management with feedback<\/p>\n
He\/ she will be overseeing the development of marketing literature<\/p>\n
He\/she will be maintaining contact with existing clients<\/p>\n
