HR Executive \u2013 Description of job profile:-
\nProvide general day-to-day HR support in relation to all HR, Employee Benefits,
\nand other administration all in compliance with statutory obligations and best
\npractice. Recruitment & Selection for Project plan.
\nResponsibilities :-
\n\uf0b7 Perform day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
\n\uf0b7 HR & People Development Manager with generalist HR matters, including
\nreviewing and developing relevant Policies and Procedures and providing
\nadvice in relation to employee performance, conduct and absence
\nmanagement.
\n\uf0b7 Providing confidential ad hoc advice and assistance to employees.
\n\uf0b7 Preparations for disciplinary and grievance hearings as necessary.
\n\uf0b7 Administration, co-ordination and support ( Time Keeping, Time Booking,
\nAttendance records, Leaves )
\n\uf0b7 Managing and maintaining contracts, personnel files and other employee
\ninformation.
\n\uf0b7 Developing an induction programs for new employees.
\n\uf0b7 Coordinating and administering training and development programs and liaising
\nwith training bodies as required. This includes providing support in relation to
\nHealth and Safety training records for employees.
\n\uf0b7 Monitoring staff performance and attendance.
\n\uf0b7 Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities
\n(staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc).
\n\uf0b7 Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and
\nregulations.
\n\uf0b7 Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures.<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Outdoor duty Bill Checking and approval.
\n\uf0b7 Fulfillment of additional duties as required.<\/p>\n
Skills and Qualification:-
\nMBA-HR\/ MPM,
\n\uf0b7 At least 2 + years experience of working in a generalist HR environment,
\nIncluding administration, recruitment and training at all levels.
\n\uf0b7 Proven experience as an HR assistant, staff assistant or relevant human
\nresources\/administrative position.
\n\uf0b7 Understanding and practical knowledge of employment law and employer best
\npractice.
\n\uf0b7 Organized and methodical approach to administration and record<\/p>\n
keeping.<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Excellent IT Skills.
\n\uf0b7 Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts,
\nemployee leaves and insurance)
\n\uf0b7 Demonstrable leadership abilities.
\n\uf0b7 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
\n\uf0b7 Basic knowledge of labor laws and employees benefits (PF, ESIC,Bonus,
\nInsurance, Etc )
\nWorking Location: – Chandigarh
\nCTC :- 1.5 to 3.5 LPA
