Duties:<\/p>\n
1. Identifying new sales leads.<\/p>\n
2. Pitching products and services.<\/p>\n
3. Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers.<\/p>\n
4. Researching retailers to identify new leads and potential new markets.<\/p>\n
5. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.<\/p>\n
6. Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays.<\/p>\n
7. Contacting clients to inform them about new launch and developments in the company\u2019s products.<\/p>\n
8. Developing quotes and proposals.<\/p>\n
9. Negotiating and renegotiating in person, by phone or email.<\/p>\n
10. Developing sales goals for self and the team and ensuring they are met.<\/p>\n
11. Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.<\/p>\n
12. To write reports and provide feedback to upper management about what is and is not working.<\/p>\n
13. To coordinate well along with assigned managers, logistics and accounts team.<\/p>\n
Competent in basic computer tasks<\/p>\n
MS Office Skills, Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint Socially adept<\/p>\n
Good with numbers<\/p>\n
The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines<\/p>\n
