l \u00b7 Responsible for assisting BM with End-to-End Branch Management<\/p>\n
l \u00b7<\/p>\n
l Achieve the shared budgeted revenue and profitability targets with<\/p>\n
l the BM of the branch location.<\/p>\n
l \u00b7<\/p>\n
l Actively assisting in Increase of sales in all areas of income as<\/p>\n
l budgeted for thebranch in the area<\/p>\n
l \u00b7<\/p>\n
l Development of branch network in the given area in coordination<\/p>\n
l with the BM<\/p>\n
l \u00b7<\/p>\n
l Maintain relationship with the existing clients, collate feedback and<\/p>\n
l share with BM and Sales Manager (HO)<\/p>\n
l \u00b7<\/p>\n
l Ensure timely collections of revenue; reduce number of existing<\/p>\n
l debtors in the given area.<\/p>\n
l \u00b7 Maintain office decorum and discipline at the branch location.<\/p>\n
l \u00b7<\/p>\n
l Assisting BM in ensuring timely (daily\/weekly and monthly) MIS<\/p>\n
l preparation and reporting to All India Operations Manager (HO).<\/p>\n
l \u00b7 Compliance to company and statutory policy.<\/p>\n
l \u00b7 Ensure adherence to the compliance related matters.<\/p>\n
l \u00b7<\/p>\n
l Managing other staff at the branch in terms of performance and<\/p>\n
l discipline in absence of the BM<\/p>\n
l \u00b7 Assist BM developing and implementing Business Development plans<\/p>\n
l \u00b7 Achieving Targets self and Branch Targets<\/p>\n
l \u00b7 Visits to Institutions\/Clients\/<\/p>\n
l \u00b7 Driving and achieving Sales<\/p>\n
l \u00b7 Ensure timely Collections<\/p>\n
l \u00b7 Ensure timely Claims<\/p>\n
l \u00b7 Supervise Purchase in coordination with BM<\/p>\n
l \u00b7 Supervise Inventory management<\/p>\n
l \u00b7 Retention of staff<\/p>\n
l \u00b7 Attendance of the Branch<\/p>\n
l \u00b7 Over all Branch Administration in absence of the BM<\/p>\n
l \u00b7 Punctuality of Staff<\/p>\n
