Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Proficient in creating and maintaining Test Plans and ensure End to End Test<\/p>\n
Coverage and Completion of the Test Plan to ensure Quality.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Develop and execute Test scripts and ensure Test Completion<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Maintain Test landscape and Test environments for the QA Projects.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Provide the real time status and day to day reports to QA board.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Mentor Junior test engineer and lead the team for the various tasks in QA<\/p>\n
project.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Create Test and Design Tests for Effective and Comprehensive QA Test<\/p>\n
Coverage<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Should be a strategic thinker having analytical problem solving and passion for<\/p>\n
quality.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Software Analysis & Design knowledge and a strong background in Software<\/p>\n
Quality & Testing<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Experience in writing test specifications and test cases based on requirements<\/p>\n
and execution of test plans in all aspects of testing, including functional,<\/p>\n
regression and system testing.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Experience with bug tracking tool like Bugzilla, Jira, etc.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Discover high impact defects in Client, Server, Database, and Reporting<\/p>\n
components of ERP and SAP software Application solutions<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Improve Efficiency of Product Life Cycle, Act as Customer Advocate & Implement<\/p>\n
Quality Processes for functional validations.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Strong exposure with SDLC and methodologies (SCRUM, PIL, Waterfall, IEEE,<\/p>\n
RUP or CMM) and Test Life Cycle.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Manage multiple projects and provide weekly status reports for the Automation<\/p>\n
program to management staff.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Work with the Development team for various meetings and report the daily status<\/p>\n
to Product Managers and QA Managers.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Daily SCRUM calls to document and present the test results summary and<\/p>\n
details<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
Essential:<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Must have 6+ yrs. of Functional Testing in enterprise Applications like SAP,<\/p>\n
Oracle, Identity Management, PACS and GRC.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Must have 2+ years of automated, functional, regression and\/or user acceptance<\/p>\n
testing with any Automation testing tool.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Proficient in Java\/ eclipse development environment and CVS for the version<\/p>\n
control.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Must have experience in SAP Security, Compliance like CIP, NERC, SOX,<\/p>\n
JSOX.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Must have worked in Compliance and Security domain for more than 4 years.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Must have created and maintained Automation and performance Testing Test<\/p>\n
plans and strategy in agile scrum process.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Must have clarifications on Product Standards in the Product companies.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Must have understanding of Risk analysis and GRC Process Controls, ADM940,<\/p>\n
ADM950 SAP Security and SAP\u2019s Integration with Web front End technologies.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Must have experience on Java development Environment and Webservers like<\/p>\n
Tomcat, WAS and Exchange, LDAP, Active Directory.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Must have worked on domains like \u2013 Monitoring and Logs Management, Video<\/p>\n
Integrations etc.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Must have Understanding of Processes like \u2013 Order to Cash (O2C), P2P etc.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Any SAP Module Knowledge is a Plus<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Implementation Experience at Customer Site is a Plus.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 ISTQB Certified – Preferable<\/p>\n
Desired:<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Actual hands-on development experience is considered a plus<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Should have experience in QA process, and QA methodology.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 People management skills and multiple tasking with project and resource<\/p>\n
management.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Actual hands on experience in any of the automation tools is a Plus<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Must have worked on Enterprise Software and hands on Implementation<\/p>\n
