Job Responsibilites :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Responsible for the entire operations in Housekeeping department.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-To achieve high degree of customer satisfaction by providing prompt, courteous & efficient service to all residents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Responsible for maintaining records pertaining to H.K.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Shall be responsible to supervise the team and handle the overall functions of Housekeeping including public areas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Prepare the duty roaster<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Ensure all equipment & furniture are maintained, & kept in good working condition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Responsible for training and grooming of all the HK employees<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Responds quickly to guest requests & complaints. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Monitor the cleaning material and machinery used.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Prepare deployment schedule of HK staff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Prepare various check lists as per the area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Attend all housekeeping related client complaint directly and after taking action personally to give feedback.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Inventory \/ Stores management of HK consumables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Maintenance of HK equipment & machinery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Must have abilities to communicate effectively. Must have professional<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-appearance and attitude. Must be customer service oriented.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
