Vacancy for the Store Supervisor / Manager for the a renowned store in in Kerala location

Designation :-Store Supervisor / Manager(responsible for managing retail sales and the store)-
Salary:-Offered monthly salary: Rs. 25K plus sales incentive based on the targeted turnoverExperience:- Min 3 – 5 years’ experience in supervision / management, retail sales, inventory, purchase etc. Location:- KeralaGender:- Female
Requirements:

 Preferably female around 30 – 40 years (males are also welcome)
 Experience in handling perfumes or personal care products or cosmetics or clothing or other
related products
 Must have at least a bachelor’s degree as educational qualification
 Master’s degree preferred
 Good speaking / communication skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi is a plus point)
 Must have good PC and system skills
 Good knowledge on branded perfumes
 Good customer service and selling skills
 Ability to manage P&L
 Energetic and efficient
 Must have good Leadership and organizational abilities
Responsibilities:
 Management of the store and sales
 Manage Junior staff
 Develop sales and Identify and adapt marketing strategies to attract the right customers.
 Manage company’s e-commerce platform and monitor company’s social media pages like
Instagram and Facebook and suggest timely promotions and marketing strategies
 Manage purchases and stock
 Handle cash and deposit of cash to bank
 P & L management
 Manage overall admin functions
 Provide timely reports to management
 Any other responsibilities as required
