Profile   –  BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (HND) – VITAMIN PREMIXES/SUPPLEMENTS FOR FOOD

Location – Delhi

Gender – Any

REMUNERATION: CTC Rs 5 lakh/annum + working allowance + incentives. Will consider higher for deserving candidates.

EDUCATION: Science Graduate with MBA

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 7+ years proven experience of sales and marketing of Vitamin Premixes/Supplements to Milk, Dairy, Edible Oil, Butter/Margarine, Baby Food, Bread & Bakery sector for fortification of their products with vitamins, minerals, enzymes, prebiotics, probiotics, and herbals etc. Must have existing relationships with Key Customers with Key Customers i.e. manufacturers of for Milk, Dairy, Edible Oil, Butter/Margarine, Baby Food, Bread & Bakery sector for sale of Vitamin Premixes/supplements. Must be working in Nutraceutical/Pharma company at corporate office. 

Job Description:  Minimum 7+ year proven experience of sales and marketing of Vitamin

Premixes/Supplements to Milk, Dairy, Edible Oil, Butter/Margarine, Baby Food, Bread & Bakery

sector for fortification of their products with vitamins, minerals, enzymes, prebiotics, probiotics,

and herbals etc. Must have existing relationships with Key Customers with Key Customers i.e.

manufacturers of for Milk, Dairy, Edible Oil, Butter/Margarine, Baby Food, Bread & Bakery

sector for sale of Vitamin Premixes/supplements. Must be working in Nutraceutical/Pharma

company at corporate office. Must have prior sales & product management experience (i.e.

market awareness on trends; take market feedback of new formulations in domestic &

international markets and benchmark good products for introduction of similar formulations;

introduce new innovative formulations with product differentiation; study international brands

not found in Indian market; can make BOM for new products suitable for domestic market;

understands costing and pricing to introduce new formulations at competitive prices; capable of

coordination with production for new product development; design label, packaging and

literature for new products (promotional tools); should understand packaging standards;

effectively positioning and launching new products as also repositioning existing products).

Should be able to create and manage sales team, distribution/dealer network, conduct market

surveys and monitor competitor activities and do field work. Should be able to formulate and

implement promotional activities, sales schemes/trade offers, besides designing marketing

collaterals, labels & packaging, digital marketing, sample planning, etc. and also be able to

prospect vendors of materials and contract manufacturers etc.

PREFERENCE: candidate must be working in Nutraceutical/Pharma company at corporate office, having prior experience of sales and marketing of Vitamin Premixes/Supplements to Milk, Dairy, Edible Oil, Butter/Margarine, Baby Food, Bread & Bakery sector for fortification of their products with vitamins, minerals, enzymes, prebiotics, probiotics, and herbals etc. Experience of managing P&L, and knowledge of FSSAI will be added advantage. Must be savvy using Excel and PowerPoint, and fluent in written and spoken English, aged around 35+ years.
