Position/ Title Customer Support Executive

Location Bengaluru

Key Accountabilities/ Responsibilities
The most important end-results for which an incumbent would be held responsible at the end of the year.

Outbound call efficiency and appointments generated

Identify and highlight outbound call and conversion bottlenecks and assist in the improvement of call scripts

Assist other customer-facing executives to coordinate with each other and the customer/influencer/doctor including scheduling/rescheduling visits

Support to sales promotion activities leveraging outbound calls and administration requirements from time to time

Day to Day responsibilities

Building on leads / Cold Calls
Effectively managing required inbound and outbound calls loads

Following call center “scripts” when handling different topics

Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions

Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile

Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way

Swift Enquiry Redressal. Each request should be dealt with in a streamlined, time-efficient and accurate manner.
Adherence to SLA

Record Escalation Procedures – such as (1) the reason for missed activities and (2) the reporting time and the problem resolution within a specified time.

Competencies / Skills Required

Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening and ability to establish rapport

Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively

Customer orientation and adaptability to different personality types

Educational Qualifications
Minimum: High School Degree / 12th Standard / Non- Technical Background candidates only.

Desired:

Ability to speak in English, Hindi, Kannada (Mandatory) and a few South Indian languages

Work Experience (Relevant and Total Experience

Previous experience in a customer support role 1+ years

Technical Qualifications, if any

Experience with Call Centre technology

CTC Band Rs.1.5 – 2 Lakhs per annum ( CTC )
