POSITION:  CHANNEL PARTNER ALLIANCE
LOCATION:  MUMBAI
EXPERIENCE:  Min 4 YEARS
SALARY:   20-25 LPA Fixed + 6-10 LPA Variable

DIVISION: SALES
MANAGER:  BUSINESS HEAD- Rx BUSINESS
SPAN OF CONTROL:  INDIVIDUAL CONTRIBUTOR
ROLE:  TYPE FULL TIME
TRAVEL REQUIRED:  ~30%

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Partnering with Leading Physician Bodies like FOGSI, CFI, IOACON etc to create awareness about the monitoring of Hemoglobin levels in respective disease area and creating guidelines on compliance and importance of early anemia leading to optimal clinical outcomes and QoL
2. Partnering with Pharmaceutical organizations who are dealing with iron supplements, oncology, diabetes, rare disease portfolio wherein we include our products as part of their service offerings either through PAP, or bundling portfolio approach to generate access and revenue for Truehb
3. To Partner with Patient bodies across disease area to create awareness on importance of hemoglobin detection, create affordable buying policies for these patients through local and digital channels
4. To Partner with NGO/ Trust across disease areas to include TrueHb in their offerings to patients at an affordable rate and drive awareness among patients.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
– Minimum of 4 Years of relevant experience
– Should have experience in working in either Diabetes, Oncology, Dialysis & Gynaecology
– Experience in driving new product launch End-2-End
– MBA from premium B School
– Good communication skills along with empathy, compassion, and willingness to grow in hyper growth culture
– 30% Travel requirement to gain customer feedback, meeting with channel partners and other key
stakeholders
