Experience 6 – 8 years in Machine Tool products

Male / Female Male

CTC / Budget / Package : (fixed+variable) 7-8 lakhs CTC per annum.

Work Days / Work 6 Days
Hours  8.30am to 5.30pm

Qualifications B.E (Mechanical) or Equivalent

 Good presentation skills.
 Technical sales skills, capital equipment closure skills.
 Experience of conceptual based Technical sales.

Job Responsibilities

KRAs

 To Lead entire sales team..
 Customer communication to ensure smooth delivery.
 Follow up and ensure daily dispatch happen as per plan.
 Co-ordinate with customer & Sales team leads to finalize monthly dispatch plan.
 Capable to demonstrate and convince customers for buying  capital  equipment.
 Responsible for achieving the sales/billing targets set by the organization.
 Responsible for products/spares sales of MTP (M/c Tool Products) to OEM & End users.
 Responsible for recruitment & training of his sub- ordinates.
 Establish & maintain sales process & ensure the achievement of desired output.
 Maintain Good and healthy relationship between customers/stakeholders & colleagues.
 Coordinate with Design, Production, QC/QA, Customer to ensure OTD
 support team and logistic team to ensure the smooth flow of order execution and On time delivery.
 Responsible for End To End process of sales from generation
 of enquiry to collection of final payment.

KRAs :
1. Plan V/s Achieved — Sales/Billing for the month/year.
2. No.of New customers acquisition — for every Quarter.
3. To collect payments on time.
4. Strike rate of enquiry v/s quotation & Quotation v/s Orders

Travel required Min.15 to 20 days in a month all over India

Special Work Conditions (if any) :  Ready to travel all part of the country during all seasons.
