Designation –  Central secretary / Coordinator
Salary range – 10,000-25,000
Experience range –  some experience with Reception/Secretarial and coordination work is a plus, but not essential. Freshers are fine.

Gender – Any
Qualification – MUST speak and write English with decent grammar. Must be comfortable speaking politely and kindly to clients. Our clients are parents of children with learning disabilities (mostly Autism).

Target Industry – Any – Freshers. Receptionists. Secretaries. School admins. Client-servicing. Salespeople. BPO. Hotel staff.
Skills –

  • Speaks & writes English properly
  • Can perform basic Computer skills proficiently:
  • Can use Word and Excel,
  • Schedule a zoom meeting,
  • send emails,
  • reasonable typing ability, etc.
  • Can coordinate between various staff members or clients – by phone / mail / message / etc
  • Is Organized – Can monitor and report progress, and keep track of many pending tasks, can close communication loops.
  • Is quick, alert, active.

Responsibilities –

  • Monitoring and handling tasks that arrive at the company email ID / phone assigned to them.
  • Closing communication loops (reporting when a task is done, or if something is delayed or in-progress). A lot of follow-up is involved.
  • Reporting directly to management.
  • Scheduling various events – meetings, sessions, reviews, leaves, timings.
  • Assisting other administrative personnel (like center-secretaries) when required. Bridging gaps in case of leave or absence of secretaries.
  • Coordinating between our departments – Management / Center-secretaries / Accounts / HR , in order to expedite tasks and to facilitate smooth functioning.
  • Directing enquiries or requests to appropriate departments, politely and professionally.
  • Scheduling/creating zoom meetings when needed.
  • Occasionally may require retrieving old information from previous emails or files.
  • Informing teams/departments of any instructions from mgmt, and reporting on compliance and follow-up.
