Profile: Sales head
Experience: 15+ Years
Salary: 20-24 LPA (negotiable as per skills)
Education: MBA
Location: Hyderabad

Responsibilities:

– Deliver growth targets for Organization across geographies, customer segments, and
products
– Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our
customer base
– Establish Organization as the leading partner for all top builders among the real
estate property portals; capture maximum share of wallet
– Build a high energy and high-performance sales team across all target markets
– Setup best-in-class sales processes from pipeline to proposal and order to cash
– Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
– Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
– Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
– Understand category-specific landscapes and trends
– Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts
Requirements:
– Candidate to have 15+ years of experience in sales/business development in the real
estate domain
– MBA from a reputed university
– Experience of leading a large sales team
– History of driving growth in a new business or start-up environment
– Good understanding of the Real estate
– Established relationships with large and small/medium builders
– Excellent communication skills, an attitude to get things done and willingness to
work in a high-growth environment
– Excellent Relationship Management skills
– Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including
executive and C-level
– Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
– Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
– Proven ability to position products against competitors
– Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated,
and achievable solutions
– Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
– Excellent verbal and written communications skills
