SALARY RANGE: INR 1,44,000 – INR 2,16,000 per annum


Company is looking for a Tele Marketing to create awareness, drive readiness
and generate leads for proprietary and client-serviced solutions. The individual
will be responsible for, among others, data mining, profiling, awareness-based
tele connect and adoption-based leads generation activities.
The candidate must flourish in a fast paced, ever-changing, and deadline driven
environment. The individual needs to be a natural diplomat who can thrive in a
cross-functional team environment. A candidate must be a natural collaborator
and a great communicator, able to comprehend and articulate ideas virtually
and in physical team environments. Prior experience working within a technical
environment is a key requirement. The candidate must be able to grasp and
distill complex issues and translate them into clean, focused, understandable
solutions. Strong communication skills and ability to stay highly organized are
critical. Interest in emerging technologies in web, mobile, and other devices is
required. A candidate should be a self-starter, self-motivated, able to work
independently, and perform multiple tasks under minimal supervision.


– Execute demand generation and leads generation projects.
– Make cold calls and establish initial contact with target audience over phone
and convince clients on the benefits of target products, solutions and/or
– Develop opportunities by researching and identifying target accounts,
providing technical and marketing information.
– Align customer needs to the benefits pertaining to target products, solutions
and/or services – to drive interest, registration and leads.
– Create and share validated demand generation and leads generation
– Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.


– Should have knowledge and hands-on experience of working on Demand

Generation and Leads Generation projects over phone and web.
– Excellent skills of: Persuasion, Telephone Sales, Customer Focus, Data Entry,
Selling to Customer Needs, Closing Skills, Telephone Skills, Organization,
Energy Level, Persistence, Product Knowledge
– At least 2 years of experience executing Demand Generation and Leads
Generation projects.
– Able to make cold calls and establish initial contact with target audience over
phone and convince clients on target solution benefits.
– Able to function independently and in a team environment.- Enthusiasm for an iterative decision making process, driven by group
– Must be customer focused and highly responsive.
– Flexible and driven to ensure that project timelines and commitments are
adhered to, without fail.
– Excellent collaboration skills.
– Professional with good interpersonal skills.
– Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and ability to present
work to internal and external stakeholders.
– Ethical, and committed to smart work.
