Experience Range  (1-3 Years)

Salary Range – Hike on CTC

We are looking to hire an IT Inside Sales representative to join our dynamic sales team based
out of India! This candidate will be responsible for outbound sales prospecting, generating, and
qualifying new leads—and moving them through the sales pipeline, getting past gatekeepers,
and other prospecting-related tasks. This individual should have a strong understanding of the
IT sales process, excelling at researching leads, strong communication skills and the ability to
showcase our offerings compellingly is crucial for this role. The candidate should have at least
1-3 years of relevant work experience.
This role will be based out of India and the timing would be 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM. Candidate
MUST be comfortable with night shift.
Responsibilities
 Generating new business via cold calling to CXO folks across North America.
 Following up on inbound marketing leads.
 Sell/Upsell/Cross sell SAP products and services to new and existing clients.
 Deliver unparalleled customer experience through phone and web contact by resolving
customer issues as and when required.
 Generate and maintain a list of potential clients on an ongoing basis.
 Work with Marketing to coordinate campaigns, demand generation and EDM.
 Work with geographically dispersed members of this team.
 Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn Sales Navigator & Email Campaigns.
 Managing social media such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
 Execute market research and prepare company profile to execute a strategy-based
ABM.
Required qualifications:
 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or equivalent 2+ years of work
experience.
 Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills
 Strong Interpersonal skills: conversational skills and active listening to build a rapport
with potential clients.
 Highly motivated, energetic, and outgoing.
 Ability to work individually as well as a team member.
 Ability to work on multiple tasks with global team members.
Good to have but not limited to:
 Experience in advertising or digital marketing
 Experience selling SAP Products and services

 Some experience using tools like ZoomInfo/RainKing/DiscoverOrg/Zoho etc.
 Experience in advertising or digital marketing
 Experience selling SAP Products and services
 Cold calling & email campaign management.
