Position – Customer service Reps (Inbound Calling)
Location – Chandigarh
Shift Timings – As per Company
No cabs will be providedSalary will be upto 25-30% on their current CTC.

Salary for 1-2 years experienced will be upto 25-30% on their current CTC and for the freshers upto 20k to 25k. We have to close the positions before 15th December anyhow.

·         Salary for experienced (1-2 Years) will be 25%-30%) on the CTC (depending upon the interview) (Telephonic/F2F)

·         Salary for Fresher will be best as per industry

·         Gender perfrence will be both Male/Female.

·         No cabs will be provided.RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Agent will effectively handle telephone requests by processing the information
received accurately and effectively for the following: Ecommerce related queries
(Website/App related), General inquiries, Payment related issues, Product
cancelation, Delivery issues or inquiry, Change or replace product, complaint
regarding payment issues or wrong or damage product delivered.
 Agent should have good communication skills as they will deal with the US customer
base. (we will provide V&A training)
 Agent will deliver a high level of customer service to every incoming call focusing on
customer’s account.
 Agent should have an understanding of the significance of customer service and
adhere to high standards at all time
 Agent needs to make sure that the CSAT Score of the customer should be at 100% all
times.
 Agent will keep the minimum hold time on the call (In case required).
 Agent will perform miscellaneous tasks given by the Management/ Company/ Client
And should be able to complete the same within given deadline while performing
daily tasks.
 Agent will focus on ACR (Answer Success rate)
 Agent will focus on AHT, Thresh hold time, Attendance, Roster and CSAT Score at all
times.
MUST HAVE:
 Person should have relevant work experience (1-2 years) in US Inbound calling with
tremendous track records in previous organization.
 Should have passion to grow within the organization at all times.
Agent should have excellent communication skills (English) (US English will be added
advantage).
 Agent should always have ability to multi-tasking working in highly charged
environment.
 Should be aware of prioritizing, scheduling work, time management, and meeting
Deadlines.
 This will be 5 days a week working so Agent should have power charged enthusiasm
for all 5 days.
 Agent should always and always think Customer First Always policy while working.
