Location – Bangalore

Exp – 2-3 Years

Salary – 12-18k PM
Human Resources Manager Job Responsibilities:
Creating Business plan for overall budget for recruitment & hiring the people with the timeline & planning for
expansion (for one year)-review quarterly
Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions the reporting
structure .Monthly basis-review quarterly
Supports organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counselling
managers on candidate selection; conducting and analysing exit interviews; and recommending changes.(daily
basis)
Background verification is must & compulsory for selected candidates .
Review all the employment whether they have their regular task or not .
Taking the report from the IT person and submitting to Operation Head on Friday @4 pm weekly basis.
Reviewing performance report and output ,Evaluating the output and finding the problem and boosting the
productivity monthly basis (28th of every month)
Reviewing leave balance and make sure leave need to get approved from senior authority before approved any
leave .(individual) (28th of every month-review)-31th final report
Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
monthly basis.
Manages a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing
pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; and recommending, planning, and implementing
pay structure revisions monthly basis (quarterly review)
Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and
discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee
grievances; and counselling employees and supervisors-monthly basis(quarterly review)
Retains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system and keeping past and
current records.monthly basis-review monthly basis
Cultivates professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional
publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up
on work results.
Advances human resource staff job results by counselling and disciplining employees; and planning, monitoring,
and appraising job results-daily basic (weekly basis review)
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
By 9.20a.m submitting the report for the daily task report and the attendance details & before leaving the
organization submitting the report what and all achieved .(daily report)
