Profile – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (CPG) – E-COMMERCE

RETAIL

Location – Delhi

REMUNERATION: CTC Rs 5 lakh/annum + incentives. Will consider higher for deserving

candidates.

GENDER: either Female / Male

EDUCATION: Graduate with MBA.

AGE: Not exceeding 40 years

JOB DESCRIPTION: Minimum 5+ year proven experience of selling and online

marketing/promotions on Ecommerce retailers viz. Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, BigBasket,

Snapdeal etc. Personal Care Products: viz. Hand Sanitizer, Foaming Hand Wash, Liquid Soap,

Face Wash, Body Wash, Shampoo, Hair Conditioner; Hygiene Care Products: viz. Dish Cleaner,

Multipurpose Cleaner, Glass & Surface Cleaner, Floor Cleaner, Toilet Cleaner; besides Water

Purification Products: Water Purifier, Veggie & Baby Feeding Bottle Wash etc. Must have

existing relationships with Key Customers viz. Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, BigBasket, Snapdeal and

other Ecommerce retailers and must know how to get listing done and grow sales. Must have

experience of doing online account reconciliation with Ecommerce retailers. Must be working at

corporate office in a consumer products company selling Personal Care/Hygiene Care products

or Ecommerce retailer Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, BigBasket, Snapdeal handling Personal

Care/Hygiene Care products category. Must have product management experience (i.e. market

awareness on trends; take market feedback of new products in domestic & international

markets and benchmark good products for introduction; introduce innovative products with

differentiation; study international brands not found in Indian market; suggest BOM for new products; understands costing and pricing to introduce new products at competitive prices;capable of coordination with production for new product development; design label, packaging and literature for new products (promotional tools); should understand packaging standards; effectively positioning and launching new products as also repositioning existing products).

Should be able to create and manage sales team, distribution/dealer network, conduct market

surveys and monitor competitor activities and do field work. Should be able to formulate and implement promotional activities, sales schemes/offers, besides designing marketing collaterals, labels & packaging, digital marketing, sample planning, etc. and also be able to prospect vendors of and contract manufacturers etc.

4. PREFERENCE: candidate must be working at corporate office in a consumer products company selling Personal Care/Hygiene Care products via Ecommerce retailers or Ecommerce retailer Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, BigBasket, Snapdeal handling Personal Care/Hygiene Care products category. Preference will be given to candidates with experience of exports and managing P&L.

Must be savvy using Excel, experience in online reconciliation with Ecommerce retailers, and be fluent in written and spoken English. Aged around 32 years.
