Designation: Sr. Sales Manager

Experience – 5- 10 years

salary– Rs. 8,00,000 – Rs. 10,00,000

Relevant Experience- Minimum 8 years

Notice period- immediate to 30 days

Education:- Graduation
Gender-Male

Responsibilities:

 Bring sales candidates on board, set objectives, train and coach, and monitor performance ensuring assigned tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled.


 Driving the team, managing them and providing the required support.
 Getting reports on Daily, Monthly and quarterly basis.

 Ensuring that the team is achieving monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly sales
targets.

 Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base and sales revenue.

 Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their
needs.

 Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop a plan to fulfill them.

 Plan to ensure achievement of divisional and personal targets, aligning with company
sales policies and strategies.

Requisite Skills:

 Candidates should have expertise in sales in construction chemicals with
experience of 5 years and above.

 Technically sound and knowledge about the products added below.

 Extensive knowledge of customers in the construction industry (Particularly
repairs & new construction contractors and infrastructure companies).

 Should have good relationship with key decision makers and consultants in the
construction chemicals.

 Fully Vaccinated

 Have a great ability to think critically, understand customer needs and solve
problems.

 Strong payment recovery skills and ability to drive sales and payment
collection targets with proven records.

 Confident, assertive and having excellent communication skills (written & verbal)

 Excellent client-interfacing and presentation skills.

 Computer literacy. Should be well versed with MS office applications like word, excel,
and powerpoint.

 Should be ready to travel Pan India for business development.

 Maintain Data and Present it whenever required.

 Should have his own vehicle.
