Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience: 2 years of agency SEO experience preferred, or 3-5 years enterprise SEO
Certifications in SEO, Analytics or Digital Marketing a plus.
Salary – 20-25KPM
Responsibilities
The Ecommerce SEO (Search Engine Optimization) Specialist will be responsible for executing all SEO strategies, content creation and reporting for the clients websites. They will analyze, review, test and implement recommendations and develop content to improve search and drive traffic.
Essential Functions, Duties & Accountabilities
● Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine optimization.
● Use a variety of SEO Tools like SEMRush, Moz, Trends, Search Console, Tag Manager, Screaming Frog, Alexa, AHrefs, or others.
● Conduct keyword research, search behavior analysis, technical audits, and content gap analysis.
● Write effective SEO content for blogs, web pages and social media purposes.
● Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
● Conduct various testing methods in design layout and advertising techniques in order to gain the most organic traffic.
● Manage local SEO property citations and review accounts.
Additional Functions, Duties & Accountabilities:
● Serve as a member of the Ecommerce Team and support others as necessary
● Maintain flexibility in work schedule to meet business needs
● Actively and positively contribute to the overall success of the company through regular contributions to the general management of the company
● Participate in inter-departmental meetings, projects and informal activities
● Support the company and other departments wherever and whenever your skills and experience would be beneficial.
