Designation – Senior Software Engineer – Testing

Experience –   4-6  Years
Salary –  Hike on CTC 

 Qualification – Graduate
SQL Queries and Defining the scenarios related to regulatory (e.g., HIPAA, ARRA and etc) and standards (e.g., HL7, DICOM, and etc
Test Planning: Define business critical test scenarios using effective techniques.
Assist in providing inputs to prepare the master test plans.
Able to estimate testing effort, test data requirement and inputs for master test plan.
Ability to apply a risk based quality management methodology.

Test Preparation and Execution and Problem Identification & Reporting:
Ability to design appropriate, self-cleaning, reusable, repeatable, maintainable and economical test cases/test scripts.
Review of test artifacts in accordance with review procedure.
Ability to provide test metrics, test status and problems clearly, accurately and concisely.
Defining the scenarios related to regulatory (e.g., HIPAA, ARRA and etc) and standards (e.g., HL7, DICOM, and etc).

Test Environment and Test Asset administration:
Ability to setup test environments and configuring testing tools.
Ability to write SQL queries.
Define, Review and control test artifacts as per standard procedures.
Responsible for providing required trainings.
Adhere to all the organization policies/ guidelines and process/ procedures.


Technical knowledge and experience is a basic requirement for this kind of role. The Testing Engineers also need to be tactful and diplomatic to maintain a good working relationship with the software developers. Other skills and competencies that employers look for are:

Ability to work and manage a team as well as an individual.
