Designation – Business Development Executive (International Marketing)
Experience –  2 – 10 Years
Salary – 20 to 50 % current package.

Qualification – Graduate

Location – Mohali (WFH During Covid)

Office Time: Night Shift (05:30 PM to 02:30 AM)

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Candidates having minimum 3 years of experience in International Marketing.
  • Candidates graduating from the science / engineering field are preferred.
  • Candidate should be fluent in communication (written and oral)
  • Should be Computer Savvy.
  • Should have experience working in the International Market.
  • Travel required overseas to meet clients/new lead generation.
  • Develop New Customers
  • Should be able to meet sales volume
  • Ensure receivables are timely collected
  • Should have proven track record customer satisfaction.
  • Develop, Monitor and control distribution network.
  • Should be required to Research and drive business expansion/ collaboration opportunities for the market; develop, in conjunction with senior management.
  • Should have experience in sales presentation and action plans for potential new clients.
  • Produce monthly sales report for MIS.
  • Interact with Technical services team/factory for new product development and share feedback of products in the market.
  • You shall work and perform any other Job Assignment given to you by the management from time to time and you should maintain secrecy and confidentiality during the performance of the above Job Assignment and shall not divulge or disclose any business secrets to any authorized persons which may adversely affect the reputation and goodwill of the Company and results in adverse consequences
  • The above-mentioned points in the Job profile are basically the outline for your understanding. However, you are responsible to do any job given by the management / Superior as and when required. The basic objective of your appointment and job profile is to work for the interest of the VOL group, irrespective of department and designation.

Qualification:

  • Science Graduate
  • MBA / Diploma in Sales or Marketing. Sales background is a must, excellent oral communication skill,
  • Should be Excellent in Communication with fluency in English (Oral & Written).
  • Should be Aggressive.
  • Should have excellent presentation skills, Interpersonal skill and negotiation skill.
  • Should be able to build rapport with client, source project.
  • Should be Team Player & Focused.
  • Job Type: Full-time
