Designation – Admin Assistant

Location – Bangalore

Gender – Male

Work Experience – 2-3 years

Salary – Between 12,000/- to 15,000/- PM  Gross

Qualification – Any Graduate

Your Job Profile includes the following:-

1. To check and send emails daily

2. To attend all incoming and & outgoing calls  & keep a note of incoming calls in absence of the concerned person and give those calls to the person concerned when available if it is on urgent basis .

3. To do tracking of materials gone by courier and inform the respective customers. In case of delay in transit report to the Stores – In charge at Head Office.

4. To provide stock statements on a weekly basis

5. To maintain petty cash & handle purchase register systematically

6. To Co-ordinate with doctors / hospitals /clinics for payment follow-up and send a regular statement to the office every week.

7. Maintain on-time deliveries

8. To coordinate with clinics & hospitals for payment collection

9. Making MIS reports for HO

10. At time may require to deliver of medical products to the hospitals in absence of office boy

Other office work:

1. To keep a check if all office premises/ pantry /wash rooms, etc are in good proper and healthy conditions. 

2. To ensure warm welcome of all visitors. (If any)

3. To keep track of stationery and ensure that utilization of the same is done in a proper and orderly manner.

4. To keep updated register/information of inwards & outwards.

5. To keep all the Intercoms , phones, computers , fax machine , Zerox machine , printer, Scanner, Air conditioners in working conditions

6. To keep logbook of peons & proper utilization of their services, attendance with co-ordination of all departments and to maintain attendance register & to keep the Telephone Directory updated

7. To maintain all related files and folders in updated conditions.

You will be on payroll of our Group Company “Opportunities Inc.” deputed to IMLLP

Essential:

Ø  Good Communication Skills (verbal and non-verbal)

Ø  Strong in e-mail communications, basic office administration skills, etc.

Desired:

Ø  Good knowledge in Excel, Word, Power point, drafting of letters etc

Ø  Should be Internet / computer savvy Skills

Ø  Must possess very good Analytical, Negotiations & Communication skills

Ø  Should have a bike
