Job Requirements.

 Comprehensive knowledge of ethical and professional recruitment standards associated with employment in US staffing industry is an advantage.
 Direct experience with job screening, hiring practices and talent acquisition.
 Familiarity with Office applications, like Word and Excel, as well as popular social media platforms, such as Facebook and LinkedIn, are a must.
 Knowledge of contracts, such as non-disclosure agreements, and service level agreements will be helpful.
 A working knowledge of human resources functional areas and applicable state employment laws is preferred.
 Should be available to work in 2-11 pm IST shift.

Full time, work location will be Hyderabad and we can candidates from south to relocate. However, we are fine with good talents from other parts of India also and can allow them to work remote. Salary between 6 to 9 Lacs per annum take home depending on the experience and skillset.

Job Description
 Deliver full life-cycle recruiting. Abilities to source, screen and prepare candidates for interviews with hiring managers. Conduct screening interviews and offer job candidates
compensation packages.
 Ensure positive candidate experiences from the initial application to the final on- boarding process. Maintain awareness of competitor practices, industry trends and
recruitment standards.
 Headhunting, competitor mapping and executive talent mapping skills.
 Collaboratively consult with hiring managers to recommend strategies for identifying and recruiting potential candidates. Help identify key performance factors, develop sourcing
pools and establish interviewing criteria.
 Create applicant pools and talent pipelines by posting job ads through job boards, social media, state employment agencies, professional associations and employee referral
 Evaluate applications, review resumes, conduct reference checks and complete initial phone interviews to establish a narrow candidate pool.
 Make recommendations to hiring managers on the top candidates for in-person interviews.
