Profile – Sr. Developer (Java/Hibernate)

Location – Hyderabad

Qualification – Graduate

Salary – 20 Lakhs PA

Experience – 12+ years

Gender   Any

Must have Qualifications.
 Min 12 years of IT experience as a Software Developer
 Must have strong working knowledge of developing, designing, and implementing large scale
 Java Guru
 Expert level SQL
 Expert level Hibernate
 Expert level SQL
 Expert knowledge of developing against an Oracle RDBMS
 Experience with Performance Tuning for Oracle RDBMS
 Bonus points for certification in the above technical areas
 A degree in Engineering/Computer Science (Masters prefered)

Nice to Have Qualifications.
 Experience of migrating to Microservices Architecture
 Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
 Working knowledge of source tools (Git, Jenkins, Sonar, Artifactory …)
 Good experience with spring boot, JPA.
 Autonomous, rigorous and team spirit skills

Key Duties/Responsibilities
 Is responsible for a robust and efficient implementation.
 Suggests short- and long-term solutions.
 Participates and leads software design meetings and analyses user needs to determine technical
 Collaborates with team members and across groups to prepare technical specifications.
 Designs and develops high-quality code.
 Tests, debugs, analyses, and fixes application problems/issues. Works closely with stakeholders
to fix issues in a timely fashion.
 Follows the software development lifecycle process. Suggests and implements techniques for
software or development process improvements.
 Participates in code reviews in accordance with program specifications and coding standards,
practices and conventions, new designs, changes, and enhancements.
 Provides direction to less skilled employees. May design and implement training plans.
 Interacts with internal and/or external stakeholders to support product releases and/or resolve
program problems.
 Researches and remains informed of new technology and development tools. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
