Job Purpose:
Set & achieve sales target of the team, develop new markets and territories as per the organizational
objectives
Responsibilities:
Bring sales candidates on board, set objectives, train and coach, and monitor performance ensuring assigned tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled.
Driving the team, managing them and providing the required support.
Getting reports on Daily, Monthly and quarterly basis.
Ensuring that the team is achieving monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly sales targets.
Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base and sales revenue.
Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs.
Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop a plan to fulfill them.
Plan to ensure achievement of divisional and personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies.
Requisite Skills:
Candidate should have minimum 8 years of sales experience in construction chemicals – contracting and infrastructure segment preferred.
Technically sound who would be able to perform trials.
Fully Vaccinated
Have a great ability to think critically, understand customer needs and solve problems.
Strong payment recovery skills
Confident, assertive and having excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
Excellent client-interfacing skills.
Computer literacy. Should be well versed with MS office application like word, excel, and power point.
Should be ready to travel Pan India and do business development.
Maintain Data and Present it whenever required.
Strong business sense and industry expertise.
Should have his own vehicle.
