Position: Sales Manager

Salary: 35,000 + Incentive + TA / DA (As per actual

Experience:-   You shall have a minimum of 5 Years of experience in the field of Direct Selling, involving the above .

Qualifications: Educational Background:

UG or PG : Any Specialization

Location:- Ludhiana

TA / DA Norms

Travelling        : Rs. 8.50/- per KM if use own Car / Taxi on presentation of Bill. Ticket required of travel by Air / Bus / Train in 3rd AC

Boarding          : Rs. 1200/- per night

Food                : Rs. 350/- per night in Metro Cities / Rs. 250/- per night in other cities

Others             : Tea / Meal on presentation of Actual Bills

Responsible for achieving sales volume & Profits from a particular demography. Develop a network of distributors, conduct orientations, coordination and achieving business targets.

Roles & Responsibilities:

·         You will be a part of a highly self-motivated team to develop & carry out business development activities, increase your network, conduct business plan trainings & tap the sales targets.

·         Develop seasoned professional distributors for doing direct selling business.

·         Product positioning as per the demographic or attribute of the distributor.

·         Involves intensive travel, series of seminars.

·         Conduct regular online workshops and webinars for sales and trainings.

·         Develop or improvise tools of dissemination of information and achieving of sales volume.

·         Innovate and execute schemes and promotions to achieve targets.

·         Prepare and submit a Budget to run the business.

·         Monitoring distributors, their teams and sales volume closely and take remedial actions wherever required.

·         Presenting the competitive analysis to the management.

·         Assisting other State Sales Trainers in supporting their Sales training seminars & business plan workshops.

·         Organize and coordinate business promotion state and corporate activities.

·         Rigorous Market research & competitive analysis.

·         Handholding of distributors and networkers in all situations.

·         Build the Network with principal and core values of the company.
