Designation -One Manager Institutional Sales (CSD/CPC) for 

Location:-Gurgaon.
Experience
 – 5 to 10 Years in the FMCG / any other VIP Campines, like liquor company, Deccan-Luggage, any Luggage brand for CSD and CPC Sales
Salary– 50k to 80k
He should have knowledge of the entire pan India for CSD and CPC Sales 
and very good communication skills.

Education:-• MBA / Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience.

Candidate Profile :
Dynamic sales professional with 5 to 10 years Institutional sales experience with prominent FMCG brands. Should have a sales mindset, thorough knowledge of B2B business with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities / Duties:
• Managing sales and service for brands owned or managed by the
company across various Government and Private institutes.
• Preparing sales and distribution plan for the year and implementing the
same successfully.
• Responsible for managing and achieving sales and collection targets.
• Increasing market reach and penetration amongst B2B distribution
network.
• Identifying and cultivating prospects and/or clients, takes initiative and
follows up on new business opportunities.
• Leading new business meetings, negotiating and closing sales with
institutes.
• Leveraging the organization’s relationship with existing institutional
accounts by developing and executing proactive, creative, and ongoing
contact initiatives thereby achieving sales targets.
• Leading, Developing and maintaining relationships with frontend team
including consultants to achieve organisational goals
• Generating regular MIS, analysing gaps and taking corrective actions
• Reporting competition activity on product, price, placement & offers
Skills / Other Personal Attributes Required:
• Self Motivator with Positive attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and willing to leverage
relationships
• Be a team leader and should have ability to lead and work closely with a
variety of people at all levels of the organization and business partners
• Willing to contribute to the company beyond the confines of Job Profile
Candidate having experience with CSD / CPC sales would
be preferred.
