Key Skills Required:
• Lithium-ion cell/module/pack production knowledge
• Line handling, manpower management & shift leadership
• Understanding of SOPs, 5S, EHS & dry-room safety
• Quality inspection, defect control & root-cause analysis
• Production planning, output tracking & reporting
• Basic electrical/mechanical equipment understanding
Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma exposure
Experience with preventive maintenance
• MS Office, production documentation & communication skills

Responsibilities:
• Lead daily operations of the battery manufacturing line
• Achieve production targets with safety & quality standards
• Train & supervise operators/technicians
• Solve process issues and reduce defects/downtime
