Designation Business Development Manager
Experience 05+ year’s channel and retail sales experience with minimum 2-3 years in the Construction Material/Glass Processing industry.
Well established contacts with Builders/Developers, Glass Fabricators,
Interior Turnkey Contractors, Glass Doors & Windows Manufacturer, Glass
Dealers and OEM’s.

Job Location North Karnataka / Bangalore/ Coastal Karnataka/ Hyderabad

Qualification Any graduate with relevant sales experience.

Salary 3 to 4 lakhs CTC per annum and negotiable
Age 30 and above


 Ability to handle area/regional sales
 Ability to accurately forecast future sales volumes by analyzing the inquiries in hand, order pipeline, and fresh order logins.
 Ability to analyze, establish and execute a pre-sales and post-sales strategy
 Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the defined area/region
 Ability to handle the project and retail sales to achieve individual sales targets
 Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in existing and new customer accounts
 Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
 Manage and oversee the daily sales operations of define area/region and do timely reporting
 Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
 Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
 Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with customers requirements
 Plan detailed sales plans for their respective markets
 Good communication skills to interact with customer and company internal functions.
