Experience-   5 ~10 years in a relevant field

Salary-     10-30% Hike

Work hours: Completely Night shift (US timezone) based on the candidate experience.

Job brief
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager – Technical Training -Sales, to help us expand our clientele in the US Region. You will be at the forefront of the company and have the expertise to build and apply an effective sales strategy throughout the region. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting Training sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
 Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction in selling technical training services to the USA region.
 Lead generation for Training Sales
 Managing training sales prospects and both existing and new customers, responsible for sales revenue
 Conduct research to identify new markets, new contacts and customer needs
 Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
 Promote the Training services to address clients objectives
 Prepare sales contracts/SOW ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
 Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
 Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
 Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
 Update Customer interactions and tasks in our CRM, it’s a critical requirement by the company that you document all client conversations and responses to the best of your ability.
 Using Outreach to drive lead generation activities
Requirements
 Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role in Training Sales or related field
 Proven track record of selling training sales in the market
 A minimum of 2 year(s)+ of similar experience in a related field is required for this position
 Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce experience is preferred)
 Proficiency in English, you must have good English communication skills
 Communication, sales and negotiation skills
 Ability to build rapport quickly, and have good time management and planning skills
 Should be a resident of Singapore or with Work Permit to work in Singapore.
 Willing to travel within the region or outside as per the need of the business. This role may involve upwards of 30-50% Travel within or outside of the country
 Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and experience presenting to senior-level executives
 Strong problem-solving skills to identify critical issues, evaluate options and provide recommendations
 Ability to work within, and design processes that lead to the development of innovative and commercially driven sales plans.
 Awareness of local channel structure, emerging trends, and competitor’s activities in the market with the ability to create and capitalize on opportunities
