Salary – 30k – 35 K

Job Description Brand Manager: –
 Developing strategies and managing marketing campaigns across all platforms (print,
broadcast and social media) to ensure that our products and services meet customers’
expectations and to build the credibility of brand.
 Carrying out market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends, as well
as trying to predict future trends.
 Brand strategy, including the following of brand guidelines, brand vision and value
proposition for short as well as long term.
 Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media & Physical
meets to create a strong network.
 Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy.
 Maintains online relations with customers by organising and developing specific
customer-relations programs.
 Organising events such as product launches, exhibitions and photo shoots etc.
 Own the marketing (Online and Offline) strategy. Manage branding, advertising,
promotions, & communication activities ensuring maximum brand visibility
 New product development, innovation in existing products
 Liaising with PR, Digital, IR agencies
 Coming up with ideas for new packaging designs, including shape, size, color, fonts and
imagery.
 Supervising the sign off of marketing literature and campaigns, liaising with legal and
compliance personnel, ensuring designing and messages meet the company brand
regulatory guidelines.
 Competition tracking and benchmarking.
Require Key skills:
 Complete knowledge of Tricity(Chandigarh/Mohali/Panchkula) – Brands / Customer
behaviour / customer expectation from Retail & Hospitality industry.
 Min 3-4 years of social media management experience.
 Education – Bachelor's degree
 Team handling and Leadership development
 Knowledge of latest social media practices and technologies
 Track record of delivery, goal oriented along with ability to set clear priorities and meets
deadlines.
 Result oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivated.
 Must have a passion for being a brand person and a desire to stay ahead of the curve in
various platforms, trends, and evolutions.
