Designation: Business Development Executive

Required Experience:- 2 to 10 Years

Salary:- 25K – 35K Per month

Working Location:- Delhi

Working Hours:- 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Working Days:-6 Days

Qualification: Any  Graduate

Gender Preference: Female

 Duties and Responsibilities:-

l To generate leads &; identify decision-makers within targeted leads and

initiate the sale process

l To penetrate all targeted accounts and originate sales opportunities for the

companies products and services

l To set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations on

daily basis.

l To ensure systematic follow-up with the client organizations to take the sales pitch to time-bound closure

l To be an interface between the customer and internal support teams to

ensure that the customer receives the best possible service from the Company

l To ensure that all payments are collected as per the company s payment terms.

l Ensure adherence to sales processes and requirements.

l Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly business plan

Skills Required :

l · Superior Written and Verbal Communication Skills, Creating and

maintaining a list/database of prospect clients

l · Maintaining a database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective

client information.

l · Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients;

closing sales and working with the client through the closing process

l · Meeting all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and

 interviews; meeting or exceeding annual sales goals

l · Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration using CRM software

l  Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and

 Forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development
