Responsibilities and Duties:-
Previous Consumer Electronics /Car Electronics Service Experience.
Comprehensive Industry Knowledge,Management Experience.
Strong Customer Facing Skills, Strong written and verbal communication, Self motivated, Trouble Shooting of technical problems.
Manage a Team of Service Centers and Service Engineers spread across all over India.
Monitor the team performance as per the norms and guidelines specified by Company thereby minimizing escalations.
To act as the point of escalation for all service related issues and review progress as part of the Company framework.
Design and direct service strategies as per market demand and industry standard.
Design and develop product manual, service manual.
Organize and impart training to service team and service centres team.
Set up, monitor and maintain Toll free number Call Centre.
