Job Description & Responsibilities
To Generate business in SOUTH INDIA.
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales.
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the Management team.
Create, Manage and Execute Sales Strategies.
Identify the gaps in the Sales Strategy and fulfilling the gaps.
Achieving the Sales targets.
New Business Development
Based on the Sales Plan, fix KRAs for the next level managers/staff in the department.
Market intelligence and business planning.
Planning & scheduling individual/team assignments to achieve goals.
Develop and sustain the existing network and effectively manage the supply chain.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Training & development of Sales team
Able to handle high-volume
Good communication skills, inter-personal skills and moderate finance skills

Requirements
Qualification : Minimum Graduate, MBA (Marketing) preferred.
Successful previous experience as a Manager/Head, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
Strong business sense and industry expertise
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
Candidate should be having a pleasant personality, excellent communication Skills.
