Designaton: Technical Sales Engineer (TSE)

Work experience: 3 years and above,
Salary:- 10 Lakhs to 12 LAKHS pa
Location: Mohali

Reporting to: Country Manager, India

Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Level Degree – EE/Comp/ECE Engineering
Number of Openings: 2

Job Description:
The selected candidate will act as primary interface between the customer and TMRCI resource base for technical support on our products to achieve our goal of converting all our design wins to revenue.
Build customer relationship.
Follow sales processes and promptly resolves technical queries for All India clients.
Specific responsibilities include:

Provides First level tech support at system level to RnD teams across all India clients .
Develop deep customer relationships and drive exemplary customer satisfaction.
Achieve quarterly sales target.
Coordinate with multi geographical teams for technical support to customer’s design team.
Drive business across all clients with a focus on maximising share and growing net sales.
Travel across India to support key clients.
The candidate must work/communicate well with the customers along with domestic and globally
This person must be comfortable handling customer’s expectations for tech support as it relates to responsiveness and build credibility at all levels within their organization.
Understanding key targets and being relentless in the pursuit is a necessity as we are continuously competing.
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in EE/Comp/ECE Engineering or related
The ideal candidate must have experience that covers embedded system designs, microcontrollers, firmware, coding, semiconductors and RF systems.
The candidate should have exposure to schematic and layout design.
The candidate must possess:

-Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
– Strive for customer satisfaction and prompt support to clients
-Ability to build strong, influential relationships
-Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and startup environment
-Ability to thrive in multi-tasking, interrupt driven startup organization environment
while supporting ever challenging demands of a major strategic account
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
