Designation:- Technical Help Desk
Experience :- 6 months – 4 yrs
Salary :- 10k-18k PM
Location :- Belapur
Roles and Responsibilities
· Provide Support for Technical issue over phone/ chat/ Remote Tool
· For providing first level support on Desktops, Laptops, Printers.
· For first level administration of desktops, Laptops etc.
· Assign it to engineers, track it till closure, and update the user.
· Escalate as per the escalation chart, follow up with vendor.
· Keeping track of inventory in stock, inventory in use update asset data as per the process defined.
· Report generation as per the process defined.
· Should be a Graduate / Dip / BE.
· Should have around 1 – 3 Years of IT Exposure.
· Must have knowledge for operating system “Ubuntu”
· Should have experience in administering the Desktop, Laptops, Backup & Peripherals.
· Should be able to troubleshoot on Applications & Ubuntu Operating System etc.
· Should have a good working knowledge of MS Office
· Should have excellent inter-personal and communication skills with the ability to deal with users at all levels in an organisation.
· Should have Good attitude and People Management Skills.
· Proactive thinking.
· Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
· Ability to logically prioritize tasks and schedule work accordingly.
