Industry – Automobile / Manufacturing /OEM
Experience : 4 to 8 yrs.
Handling Business to business sales.
Preferred Age : 28 to 33 years
Skills & Competencies:
1. Managing sales (Front End)
2. Experience in handling multiple customers.
3. Sales to major automotive OEMs, tier 1 and tier 2
Generic: – Good communication skills.
Areas of Expertise:
1. Handling Sales to Auto OEM’s/ Tier 1/II supplier of OEM’s
Devising and prioritizing personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims, including costs & sales objectives
Engage with new customer development and builds excellent client relationship with existing customers.
Responsible for tracking customer information, pipelines, forecasts and reports.
Responsible for all new RFQ and costing of product.
Prepare the Sales MIS & presentation for the OEM customers for the new business.
7. Forecasting of the Business for the accounts being handled.
8. Knowledge of application based Technical specifications of customers.
9. Close coordination with customers with all the departments like R&D, Purchase, Quality and other concerned departments.
10. Tracking OEM sales in accordance with budget, analyze for any variance, market share evaluation w.r.t specific models of OEMs and w.r.t competitors.
