Job Description
Strong experience in IT & Staffing industry
Strong experience in working with System Integrators, Implementation Partners, Startups and Product
companies
Should a proven track record in new client acquisition and business development
Sole responsible to bring in the account by constant servicing in the entire US/UK
Develop a relationship with customer influencers, decision makers, executives for continuous business
Should be able to screen good experienced IT consultants as per the need of the client
Should be able to negotiate well on contract rates with candidates and close the offer
Must be able to work independently in a fast-growing environment
Looking for candidates who can join ASAP
Position Duties
• Growing customer base through cold calling and other sales methods.
• Developing & maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients/customers by providing
excellent Service.
• Achieve revenue and profitability goals as defined by the Business Plan.
• Build long-term relationships with direct clients and system integrators by meeting their IT Consulting
resource needs and contributing to their growth.
• Build excellent customer relationships at the C-level in the client organization.
• Provide regular updates via reports to the management (CEO, President, Director- Business Development)
on ALL activities pertaining to the Consulting business line.
Roles & Responsibility
• Extensive experience in Full Life Cycle recruiting in US – IT Recruitment
• Strong Experience in Boolean Search; LinkedIn Search and Social Recruiting.
• Extensive knowledge of working on job portals like Monster, Career Builder, Dice, Indeed and
LinkedIn.
• Sourcing qualified candidates, interviewing, and cold calling.
• Hands on experience with all United States Tax-terms
• Extensive experience in full process of US Staffing /Recruitment.
• Excellent work knowledge of USA Visa types (H1B, EAD’s, GC, Citizen and TN).
• Full life cycle sourcing and recruiting for technical positions for various clients in the US.

• Responsible for sourcing, identifying and closing hard to find professionals through interviewing
process
• Effective rate negotiation and detailed reference checks.
• Analyze the job requirement and participated in the full life cycle process of recruitment.
