Position               :   Sales Head

Location               :  Gurgaon

Qualification     :  BE/ BTech with first division (Regular)

 Experience         :   18 to 20 yrs.

Preferred Age   :   35 to 48 years

 Compensation: 4500000 CTC

 

Skills and Competencies   :   Define and implement a strategic sales approach with particular focus on major automotive OEMs, tier 1 and tier 2, Strong track record in sales, design win execution, revenue target achievement, and team player. Strong business, technical and communication skills. Develop and execute the organization’s business and Sales plan.

 

Should have the following

 

  1. 1Particular focus on major automotive OEMs, tier 1 and tier 2
  2. Vast and Extensive knowledge related to Automotive – Sealing Business.
  3. Revenue Target achievement
  4. Candidate should be from an MNC (WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES FROM INDIAN BASED MNC)
  5. Handling Sales related to all the leading Auto OEMS.
  6. Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
  7. Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis
  8. Monitor the achievement of sales objectives by the sales team
  9. Liaise with other company functions to ensure achievement of sales objectives.
  10. Lead/support renewal negotiations with key accounts, OEMs, end users and our channel partners.
  11. Establishing realistic sales plans (OP) for the next business year, and re-assessing the sales situation for the current business year.
  12. Able to handle sales volume of 400 to 500 Crore and more.
