Qualification : Btech (Electrical,Mechanical,Mechatronic)
Experience : 5 to 8 years (relevant Field)
Salary : 5 to 10 Lakhs PA
Location : Gurgaon

Job Description

• Helping to develop and implement strategic and tactical sales /promotion plans for assigned territory consistent with the company’s sales and profit goals
• • Search for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximize client potential in designated regions
• • Develop long term relationships with the customers, through managing and interpreting
• • Ensure that a product or service best satisfies the needs of customer in terms of quality, price and delivery
• • Ensure that we, as a sales team, provide exceptional customer service
• • Arrange and carry out product training
• • Liaise with other team members and other technical experts
• • Ensure the team acts in accordance with the company policies, procedures and term of sales
• • Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both customer and company needs
• • Analyze costs and sales
• • Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education
• • Prepare technical presentations and demonstrate how a product meets client needs
• • Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs, new trends, opportunities and marketing data
• • Provides technical service when appropriate to solve customer problems and assure customer satisfaction
• • Establishing professional customer/vendor relationships with appropriate customer personnel (purchasing, engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, management and other key personnel)
• • Use short term and long term sales strategies to attain required sales growth and goals as required by management
• • Meet regular sales targets and coordinate sales projects
• • Work on after-sales technical assistance and provide technical back up as required
• • Provide annual territory business plan

Desired profile of the candidate

• Ability to work independently and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction

• • Experience of working in electronic industry (SMT)

• • Proven experience in successfully developing sales opportunities and closing business deals

• • Hands-on experience of working on Pick & Place machines

• • Knowledge of Reflow/Wave/Selective Soldering Machines

• • Sound judgement and good business sense

• • Should possess very good communication skills

• • Willingness to travel to customer meetings as required

• • Should have good knowledge about MS Office
