Designation – QA Manager
Exp: 6 to 8 Years ( 3 years in Automation)
Location – Mohali
Salary : 4 to 8 Lakhs PA
Job Description and Responsibility
Formulation, implementation and improvements of the Quality Assurance procedures and
Implement and support a Test management platform.
Mentor and lead team to be effective in quality assurance.
Create/maintain regression and system test cases for our product.
Report Quality metrics and Test results to Management.
Develop quality strategies to help the organization achieve strategic goals.
Develop and implement short and long-term tactical quality plans.
Plan, coordinate, and direct quality programs, initiatives and activities to ensure the quality and
reliability of Company software products.
Evaluate product performance, reliability, and recommend corrective and preventative actions.
Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing quality data
Create or Update SOP’s.
Preparing test environments for quality assurance team.
Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentation
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelors in Computer science or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years’ Experience as a Quality Assurance Manager in a software development
Company with a overall experience of 6 years of software product testing.
Experience with testing in agile environment.
Experience implementing Test management platforms.
Experience with the tools i.e Selenium, jUnit and jMeter.
A working knowledge of quality improvement tools and techniques.
Proficiency with MS operating systems and software.
Demonstrated ability to write technical documents.
Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical and complex problem solving skills.
The ability to develop partnerships and influence.
Ability to work independently and has strong team building skills.
Great attention to detail and a results driven approach
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
Thorough knowledge of methodologies and metrics of quality assurance.
