Skills:- candidates with excellent communication skills ( written & verbal ) & knowledge of E-mail & MS- Excel.
Qualification:- Qualification –Bachelors in Pharmacy , Biotechnology , Microbiology , Biochemistry
( candidates working as Medical Representatives with Pharmacy qualification )

Job responsibilities:- Ø Answer calls professionally to provide information about products
Ø Keep records of customer interactions , recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.

Ø Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers’ requests.

Ø Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.

Ø Answer questions about products or the company

Ø Ask questions to understand customer requirements

Ø Enter and update customer information in the database

Ø Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation

Ø Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
