Job Responsibilities:-
Handle the corporate inquiries of various IT courses across the globeCorporate Lead monitoring on hourly basisReply should be given to the training requirements of the corporate inquiry preferably via phone callGather necessary details for course customization wherever necessaryCoordinating with the trainers based on the training requirements of the corporatesBuild an intelligent and realistic cost proposals as per the discussions madeContinuous follow up of the clients until the closure of the requirementOrganise and attend a technical call between trainer and the clientMonitor the progress of training sessions and resolve any issues that may arriveRecord proper reasons for those leads that didn’t worked outTake advice while finalizing the trainer paymentsShould be proactively working with Team and Team HeadSkills:-Prerequisites:- Any graduate with minimum 3 years of work experience in BPO/Call Center/CRM/Online Sales etc
