CTC – UPTO 3.5 Lac for Executive
a) Preferred Age: Up to 33 yrs.
b) Educational Qualification: Graduation (BCOM/BTech)
c) Experience (Nature and number of years):- 3 to 6 yrs.
d) Any Specific Industry— Automobile Industry / Manufacturing
e) Skills & Competencies:
i Technical: Customer service, Knowledge of Warehouse and logistic operations, Stock maintaining and stacking as per client norms, Customers Return Materials maintaining and processing the RMA. Sales Co-ordination – Materials Receipt and Customer Invoice details, payment received information, in-transit reports, MIS and Others data maintaining.
ii Generic: Good interpersonal skills.
( Major Knowledge of Sales customer service executive, Supply Chain function and Little bit of accounts (Deductions and payment receipt )
Role and Responsibilities-
1. Sales Co-ordination – Materials Receipt and Customer Invoice details, payment received information, in-transit reports, MIS and Others data maintaining.
2. Warehouse and logistic operations.
3. Maintaining In and Out-ward of the Stocks.
4. Invoicing, STN raising and BOM stacking by Customer-wise.
5. Distributing the Auto & Industrial Chains to all over Karnataka.
6. Customers Cheques maintaining, presenting to the Bank and raising the Money Receipts.
7. Maintaining FIFO
8. Stock maintaining and stacking as per client norms.
9. Customers Return Materials maintaining and processing the RMA.
